All 6 TonicGreens Groups, One At A Time

The homepage grades all six groups side by side. This page goes deeper on each one — what's really in it, what the research shows, and the specific caveats worth knowing before you order.

01

Quercetin Sources

Solid whole-food evidence

Kale, asparagus, green bell pepper, broccoli, orange, acerola cherry, green tea leaf

These are nutrient-dense whole foods in their own right, and quercetin itself carries real antioxidant and anti-inflammatory research.

The catch: most of that research uses isolated, concentrated amounts (often 500mg or more), not the quantity naturally present in a whole-food blend like this one. The foods are healthy regardless, but the specific 'quercetin support' claim leans on studies using far more concentrated doses.

02

Resveratrol Blend

Mixed human trial evidence

Concord grapes, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cranberries

A flavorful, antioxidant-dense berry mix. Resveratrol has drawn plenty of research attention, much of it tracing back to longevity and cardiovascular interest.

Its well-documented limitation is bioavailability: a large share of what's consumed gets broken down before it can act. Human trial outcomes have consistently landed more mixed than the early lab work suggested.

03

Pure Curcumin

Well-studied, absorption caveat

Turmeric root extract

Of everything in this formula, curcumin has one of the deepest general research bases, particularly around supporting a healthy inflammatory response.

The important caveat: curcumin absorbs poorly on its own. Most well-formulated curcumin products pair it with black pepper extract (piperine) or a fat source to meaningfully boost uptake. Neither is mentioned in the material we reviewed.

04

Extra Antioxidants

General wellness, non-specific

Spirulina, parsley, banana, coconut juice, wheatgrass, apricot, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, cinnamon bark

A wide, genuinely healthy list of whole foods and superfoods. A few (spirulina, wheatgrass) carry their own modest antioxidant research individually.

As a group, this reads as broad nutritional support rather than a single targeted claim — a good general-wellness addition, not the section to point to for any one specific benefit.

05

Immune-System Phytomix

Promising, still developing

Reishi, Shiitake, Maitake mushrooms, spinach, Korean ginseng root, pineapple, cauliflower, camu camu, cherry, pomegranate, beet root

Medicinal mushrooms are a genuinely active immune-health research area, with Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake all carrying some human and animal evidence for immune modulation. Camu camu is also a legitimately concentrated natural vitamin C source.

Still, this research base is less mature than more established categories like probiotics — and, as with every group here, individual amounts aren't disclosed.

06

Prebiotic & Probiotic Blend

Strong general evidence

Specific strains and CFU counts not individually disclosed

Gut-health support via prebiotics and probiotics is one of the best-evidenced supplement categories overall, and it's a genuine strength of this formula — also the piece that would help the other five groups actually get absorbed.

The real gap: probiotic effectiveness hinges heavily on the specific strain and CFU (colony-forming unit) count, and neither is named. 'Contains a probiotic blend' says meaningfully less than 'X billion CFU of Lactobacillus acidophilus' would.

The pattern across all six: the group structure is a real transparency advantage over a single opaque blend, and a couple of groups (Prebiotic & Probiotic, Pure Curcumin) carry strong general research bases. None of it can be checked against TonicGreens' actual per-scoop amounts, since none are disclosed — and the curcumin group specifically is missing a commonly-used absorption booster.
